 Terms and Conditions of Order

1. Return/Exchange Policy

 

  (a) Apparel Returns/Exchanges

 

No refunds are available for Trainer U apparel purchases. Please allow three to four weeks for delivery. All Trainer U apparel is custom ordered for you from the manufacturer. Therefore, Trainer U cannot return items to the manufacturer. We understand that when you purchase online, you don't have the opportunity to try on items beforehand. Therefore, when you buy Trainer U apparel online, we encourage you to try it on as soon as it arrives to ensure proper fit and comfort. Should your Trainer U apparel not fit properly - or should there be defects in fabric or manufacturing that escaped our notice - you can return these items for an exchange or credit (no refunds on apparel).

 

In order to allow us to properly credit your account, please adhere to the following apparel return/exchange procedures:

Apparel Exchange Procedure
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the instructions above and:

  • Include $5.95 to cover exchange postage and handling fees. All tags must be attached to the garments (NO exceptions).
  • All exchanges/returns must be received no later than 30 calendar days from the date your order was shipped for exchange or to receive a credit.
  • Trainer U does not refund shipping and handling charges for credits or exchanges.

     

    As Trainer U is an organization, we must cover our costs - therefore, if we receive soiled, worn, damaged or laundered goods we must charge a $30 handling fee and return the item(s) to you.

     

      (b) Book Returns

     

    New books returned within 30 days are eligible for a refund. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns. To get a refund on your purchase, please obtain a return authorization code from Trainer U by contacting support@traineru.com. Shipping charges are not refundable.

     

      (c) Exam Refunds

     

    You will receive a 50% refund of your exam fee if the refund request is submitted in writing and postmarked no later than 30 days prior to the exam. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THIS TIME OR FOR RESCHEDULED EXAMS.

     

    2. Lost or Damaged Goods

     

    All products are quality control tested to the highest standards by the manufacturer and by Trainer U. In the unlikely event that a product arrives to you damaged, please follow the Exchange Procedures above. We will promptly replace the goods and reimburse you for shipping charges incurred. No returns can be accepted for any reason more than 30 calendar days from your shipping date. All of our products are shipped to our customers directly from the Trainer U Customer Service Department.

    3. Limitation of Damages

     

    Trainer U makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, regarding products or services purchased. Trainer U is not responsible for damages resulting from delays in the processing of orders. In no event will Trainer U, its suppliers, or any other party involved in processing orders be liable for any actual, special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that may arise from the purchase.

     

    4. Venue

     

    Any claim arising out of this Agreement or related to any purchase shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona as applied to agreements made and to be performed entirely therein. The parties consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in Scottsdale, Arizona and any action brought in connection with this Agreement or a purchase shall be brought in either the state or federal courts in Scottsdale, Arizona.
